Project Showcase: Passive House Net Zero Victorian

Based on classic Victorian principles and built using EcoCor prefabricated panels, this single-family home in Cambridge was designed to meet the Passive House standard and along the way became Net Zero (and Net Positive). In this short showcase video, we highlight the PH and NZ elements of the design and the panelized construction process. Featuring interviews with designer/builder Tagore Hernandez from Group Design Build and developer, and PHMass board member, Betsy Harper.
