Non-Residential Passive House

With the roll out of the new stretch code in MA, Passive House certification is an approved pathway for all building types, not just homes, and, despite the name, any building can be a Passive House - schools, offices, mixed-use developments, even hotels and hospitals. For our April edition of PHMass Monthly, we provided short case studies of several commercial and non-residential projects and discussed how they approached achieving the PH standard.

Featured projects included:

Frankfurt Hospital (direct link for video clip)
Scott Subaru Dealership
Warren Woods Ecological Lab
University of Bradford STEM Lab
Maine Coast Waldorf School
Longfor Sundar Museum
