It has been an incredible honor leading PHMass for these past seven years and growing it from a small membership group into the largest independent Passive House organization in the country. As PHMass enters its exciting new chapter, now is the time for me to step back and focus on my own future. Over the next few months, I’ll be transitioning out of my role as Executive Director of PHMass and handing the reins off to the next generation of leaders. Thank you to the many people who have helped me over these many years to run this organization. I especially want to thank the various Board Members who have dedicated countless hours of their own time to this group. Without them, this organization simply wouldn't exist. I look forward to seeing where PHMass goes from here and all the exciting ways they continue to make Massachusetts the national leader in Passive House policy and development. With that said, none of this is possible without you - our members and supporters. Stay involved, keep up the good work, and I’ll look forward to still seeing you at future events. All the best,
